I am currently a Resident Physician and will be specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. My current interest within PM&R is regenerative medicine and my aspirations are to provide non-invasive stem cell injection treatments to patients debilitated by musculoskeletal injuries in the future so they can either delay undergoing or avoid surgery altogether.

My other passion is drug free bodybuilding. I started lifting weights when I was 18 years old in college and am currently 27 years old. Over the past 9 years, I have competed in bodybuilding, worked with 2 bodybuilding coaches for a total of 4 years, and dieted down to contest condition a total of 6 times. I started offering online coaching services in 2013.

I value eclecticism and am an avid reader from a wide range of sources, books, and topics. It satisfies my insatiable appetite for learning and growing. I will quote Ian Leslie from her book Curious:

Curiosity is unruly. It doesn’t like rules, or, at least, it assumes that all rules are provisional, subject to the laceration of a smart question nobody has yet thought to ask. It disdains the approved pathways, preferring diversions, unplanned excursions, impulsive left turns. In short, curiosity is deviant. Pursuing it is liable to bring you into conflict with authority at some point, as everyone from Galileo to Charles Darwin to Steve Jobs could have attested.
