17 years old, 205-210 lbs. I had never touched a weight at this point in my life.

18 years old, 125-130 lbs. After 6-8 months of starving myself on 1,000-1,100 kcals and cardiovascular exercise, I dropped from 205-210 lbs to 125-130 lbs.

22 years old. I started lifting weights at 18 years old when I started college. Over the course of 4 years, I put on 75 lbs and ended up at 195-200 lbs. Subsequently, I hired a contest prep coach and dieted down to 150 lbs over the course of 6-7 months. This was the result.
